BlurbForge is an AI-powered tool that generates book-marketing copy (descriptions, blurbs, keywords, categories, ad copy and newsletter text) from the inputs you provide. BlurbForge does not write books or creative prose on your behalf.
You sign in with a passwordless email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe.
Paid plans are billed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. Each plan includes a monthly generation quota; unused quota does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Cancellation: you may cancel anytime from the customer portal — your access continues until the end of the current paid period and then ends automatically. No refunds: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused quota or forgotten cancellations, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Failed payments may pause your access until resolved.
You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (titles, synopses, etc.) and, to the extent permitted by law, to the outputs generated for you. You may use the outputs commercially, including on Amazon and in advertising. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing — AI can make mistakes, and you remain the publisher of record.
You agree not to: misuse the service to generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing or deceptive content (including fabricated reviews or endorsements); attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or security controls; scrape or resell the service; or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Generated copy is provided as a starting point. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, Amazon ranking results, or that outputs will always meet every marketplace rule — marketplace policies change and it is your responsibility to verify compliance before publishing.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may change over time; material negative changes to paid features will be communicated in advance where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlurbForge's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost sales).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
